All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.

Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender (where applicable) or disposed of.

Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team (a $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 lbs).
