This Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for listing your timeshare or vacation ownership property with Hawaii Resort Deals, operated by Resorts By Owners, LLC.
By submitting your property for listing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

This Agreement authorizes Resorts By Owners, LLC to market and list your property on Hawaii Resort Deals and its affiliated marketing platforms and partner channels for the purpose of securing rental bookings.

Rent by price per night or price per guest
Rent places by paying a fee for each night booked, or for each guest who checks-in.
This Agreement authorizes Resorts By Owners, LLC to market and list your property on Hawaii Resort Deals and its affiliated marketing platforms and partner channels for the purpose of securing rental bookings.
Owners agree to a one-time, non-refundable listing fee of $99, which covers marketing exposure and listing services.
Once the listing is activated, the fee is non-refundable.
As the property owner or authorized representative, you are responsible for:
Ensuring all listing information is accurate and up to date
Securing and confirming the reservation with your resort or timeshare provider
Attaching guest information to the confirmed reservation
Maintaining ownership or authorized usage rights for the listed property
Hawaii Resort Deals does not manage availability or reservation confirmation with the resort.
All rental payments are collected by Resorts By Owners, LLC
Owner payouts are issued within seven (7) business days after guest checkout
Payments are subject to successful stay completion and dispute resolution, if applicable
This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Owner and the Company. Each party operates independently.

Please note:
Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is active
Termination does not affect completed or pending reservations
Hawaii Resort Deals and Resorts By Owners, LLC are not responsible for:
Owner-provided inaccuracies or misrepresentations
Guest disputes, cancellations, or no-shows
Issues arising from reservation availability or resort policies
Owners remain fully responsible for the accuracy and fulfillment of their listings.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable state jurisdiction.
