Timeshare Disclosure
This is a timeshare resort; however, attending a sales presentation or taking a tour is NOT required as part of your stay.
Unit Assignment
The resort assigns all units. Specific unit numbers, floors, views, and locations cannot be guaranteed. Requests for a particular suite location or early check-in may be accommodated when possible but are subject to availability and occupancy.
Check-In Requirements
- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required and must match the name on the reservation.
- A valid credit card is required for a $300 security deposit. Cash is not accepted.
- A $35 + tax daily resort fee is also required.
- The resort fee includes activities, BBQ grills, business center, fitness center, hot tub access, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, and Wi-Fi.
Reservation Information
After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to provide the name and address of the primary guest, along with an email address for the personal reservation confirmation. Providing this information in advance helps expedite the check-in process.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive after midnight (resort local time), please contact the resort in advance. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made directly with the front desk and are subject to availability and occupancy. These requests are not guaranteed.
Smoking Policy
All guest suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, are not permitted inside guest suites. A $500 cleaning fee may be charged for smoking inside the suite.
Room Details & Variations
Specific room details such as furniture, décor, flooring, appliances, windows, and other features may vary between units. Some rooms may have updated or different furnishings or finishes. However, the reserved room type and listed amenities will remain consistent with the information provided in the listing.
