Timeshare Disclosure
This is a timeshare resort; however, attending a sales presentation or taking a tour is NOT required during your stay.

Unit Assignment
The resort assigns all units. Specific unit numbers, floors, views, and locations cannot be guaranteed. Requests for a particular location or early arrival may be accommodated when possible but are subject to availability and occupancy.

Check-In Requirements

• The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive after midnight (resort local time), please contact the resort before arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made directly with the front desk and are subject to availability and occupancy. These requests are not guaranteed.

Smoking Policy
All guest suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, are not permitted inside guest suites. A $500 cleaning fee may be charged for smoking inside the suite.
