Important Resort & Guest Information

Timeshare Disclosure
This is a timeshare resort; however, attending a sales presentation or taking a tour is NOT required during your stay.

Unit Assignment
All units are assigned by the resort. Specific unit numbers, floors, views, and locations cannot be guaranteed.

Check-In Requirements

• The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
• A $300 security deposit is required at check-in. Credit cards only.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to provide the name and address of the primary guest, along with an email address for the personal confirmation. Providing this information in advance helps expedite check-in.

Resort & Parking Fees

• Resort amenities fee: $26 per day
• Self-parking: $22 per day
• Valet parking: $27 per day
• Cash or credit card is accepted for parking fees.
• No RV parking is available.

Pets & Service Animals
Pets are not permitted. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA and general service animal policy.

Smoking Policy
The resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in guest accommodations or other prohibited areas.

Room Details & Variations
Furniture, décor, flooring, appliances, windows, and other room features may vary between individual units. Some units may have different or updated furnishings, finishes, or layouts. However, the reserved room type and listed amenities will remain consistent with the listing.
