Important Resort Information
This is a timeshare resort, but attending a sales presentation or taking a tour is NOT required as part of your stay.
Unit Assignment & Requests
- The resort assigns all units, so a specific unit, floor, view, or location cannot be guaranteed.
- Requests for a particular location, early check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability and occupancy.
- Furniture, décor, flooring, appliances, and other room details may vary between units. Some rooms may have differences such as window placement or updated furnishings. However, the room type and listed amenities will remain consistent with the reservation.
Check-In Requirements
- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in and must match the name on the reservation.
- A credit card is required for a $300 security deposit. Cash is not accepted.
- A $35 + tax daily resort fee is also required.
- The resort fee includes access to amenities and services such as activities, BBQ grills, business center, fitness center, hot tub, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, and Wi-Fi.
Reservation Information
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will request the full name and address of the primary guest, along with an email address for the personal confirmation. Providing this information in advance helps expedite the check-in process.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive after midnight (resort local time), please contact the resort in advance. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
Smoking Policy
All guest suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking or the use of smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, is not permitted inside the suites. A $500 cleaning fee may be charged for smoking-related damage.
