📌 Important Resort & Guest Information

Timeshare Disclosure
This is a timeshare resort; however, attending a sales presentation or taking a tour is NOT required during your stay.

Unit Assignment & Location
The resort assigns all units. Specific unit numbers, floors, views, and locations cannot be guaranteed. Requests for a particular suite location or early arrival may be accommodated when possible but are subject to availability and occupancy.

Check-In Requirements

• The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID must match the name on the reservation.
• A valid credit card is required at check-in for a $200–$300 refundable security deposit. Cash is not accepted.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, we will request the main guest's name, address, and email address so the resort can prepare the reservation and send a personal confirmation. Providing this information in advance can help expedite check-in.

Daily Resort Fee
A $35 + tax daily resort fee is required and paid directly to the resort. The resort fee includes:

Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive after midnight (resort local time), please contact the resort before arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made directly with the front desk. These requests are subject to availability and occupancy and are not guaranteed.

🚭 Smoking Policy
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, are not permitted inside guest suites. A $500 cleaning fine may be charged for smoking inside the accommodation.

Room & Furnishing Variations
Please note that specific room details such as furniture, décor, paint colors, flooring, windows, appliances, and other furnishings may vary between units. Some rooms may have differences such as the absence of windows or updated/replaced furnishings and appliances.

However, the room type and listed amenities will remain consistent with what is outlined in the listing.
