Luxury 2BR Oceanview Villa | Hilton Anderson Ocean Club

This is a luxury timeshare resort, but attending a sales presentation or tour is 100% optional and NOT required.

Check-In Requirements

• Primary Guest Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name is required at check-in.
• Late Arrival Notice: If arriving after midnight (local time), please contact the resort front desk in advance to prevent reservation cancellation.
• Guest Information: Once confirmed, we will request the primary guest's full name, mailing address, and email to expedite your check-in process and send direct confirmation.

Fees & Security Deposit

• Security Deposit: A credit card authorization of $200–$300 is required at check-in (cash is not accepted).
• Daily Resort Fee: $35 plus tax per day, payable directly to the resort at check-in.
• Resort Fee Covers: Access to pools, hot tubs, fitness center, Wi-Fi, self-parking, BBQ grills, business center, on-site laundry, local calls, and resort activities.

Resort & Room Policies

• 100% Non-Smoking: All suites are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes). A $500 cleaning fine will be assessed for violations.
• Unit Placement: All unit assignments (floor, view, and specific building location) are handled directly by the resort at check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to resort availability.
• Decor & Layout Variations: Decor, furnishings, flooring, or minor room layouts may vary slightly from photos, but room type, size, and core amenities are strictly guaranteed.
