Timeshare Disclosure
This is a timeshare resort; however, attending a sales presentation or taking a tour is NOT required during your stay.
Unit Assignment
The resort assigns all units. Specific unit numbers, floors, views, and locations cannot be guaranteed. Requests for a particular suite location, early check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability and occupancy and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-In Requirements
- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required and must match the name on the reservation.
- A valid credit card is required for a $300 security deposit. Cash is not accepted.
- A $35 + tax daily resort fee is required.
- The resort fee includes activities, BBQ grills, business center, fitness center, hot tub access, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, and Wi-Fi.
Reservation Information
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to provide the full name and address of the primary guest, along with an email address for the personal confirmation. Providing this information in advance helps expedite the check-in process.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive after midnight (resort local time), please contact the resort before arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
Smoking Policy
All guest suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, are not permitted inside guest suites. A $500 cleaning fee may be charged for smoking inside the suite.
Room Details & Variations
Furniture, décor, flooring, appliances, windows, and other room features may vary between individual units. Some units may have different or updated furnishings, finishes, or layouts. However, the reserved room type and listed amenities will remain consistent with the listing.

Pricing and availability may vary until the reservation is confirmed. Resort fees, deposits, taxes, and other charges are subject to the resort's current policies.
