Important Check-In Information

Check-In Requirements

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used to secure the reservation must be presented at check-in.
A $150 security deposit is required at check-in and must be paid with a major credit card.

Front Desk Hours
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

After-Hours Arrivals
If you expect to arrive outside of front desk hours, please contact the resort at least 72 hours before your arrival to receive after-hours check-in instructions.

If you arrive while the front office is closed, use the phone located in the box to the left of the entrance doors. The phone will automatically connect you with the on-duty security personnel, who will provide access to your unit.

Please remember to complete the official check-in process at the front desk the following day.
