Check-in Instructions: Upon arrival at our property, you'll discover our office located inside the Oceanfront Phase II building. Simply proceed all the way down and take a left turn in front of Phase I (Oceanside building). As you continue, you'll pass underneath the tennis courts, where you'll find an unloading spot alongside the Sands Beach Club Waterfall and two glass doors. Enter through the lobby, and you'll find the capital Vacations office located just past the elevators. $150 Security Deposit required upon arrival. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated areas only SMOKING FINE $350 if smoke in unit or on balconies
